This policy outlines the cancellation, return, and refund process for orders placed on Vastrangi. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation for your order provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it will be delivered as placed and cannot be recalled.
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method upon successful cancellation before dispatch.
No refund applicable as no payment was collected at the time of ordering.
Undelivered or Returned Orders
Occasionally, orders may be returned to our warehouse by the courier due to an incorrect delivery address, customer unavailability, or refusal at the door.
Refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours of the package being received back at our warehouse.

Replacement Policy
We strive to make every return experience as smooth as possible. For all eligible returns, we offer the following resolution options.
- We offer free replacement for all eligible return cases
- Replacement will be of the same product in the same size and color where available
- If the same product is not available, you may choose an alternative product of equal value
- If no suitable replacement is available, a full refund will be processed instead
Refund Process & Timeline
If your return request is approved and falls within our eligibility criteria, we will accept the return and initiate the refund process as outlined below.
Refund credited directly to the original payment method used at checkout, after deductions.
Refunds processed via UPI or Bank Transfer only. A secure payout link will be shared via SMS or Email.

Quality Check & Verification Returned item is inspected at our warehouse to confirm it is the same product originally dispatched and matches the supporting video/proof provided

Refund Calculation ₹240 delivery charge is deducted from the order value; the remaining balance is approved for refund

Follow these simple steps to raise a return request. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange pickup if your return is eligible.
Unboxing & Return Verification Video
We strongly recommend that all customers record an unboxing video while opening their parcel. This helps us process any return or refund request significantly faster.
Your unboxing video should clearly show:
- The sealed package before it is opened
- The product condition at the time of unboxing
- The order label or packaging details if visible
Your return verification video / photos should clearly show:
- The complete product with all its tags, labels, and accessories intact
- A clear view confirming it is the same item dispatched by Vastrangi.
- The packaging being sealed for return shipment
- The courier label / AWB number attached to the return parcel

With Video / Photos Return and refund requests are processed quickly with clear supporting evidence

Without Video / Photos Claims for damaged, missing, or mismatched items may be rejected or significantly delayed
Important Notes
Please read the following important points carefully before raising a return or refund request.
- Return requests without proper reason or supporting photos may not be accepted
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions stated in this policy
- Items that appear used, washed, or with tags removed will not qualify for return or replacement
- Repeated return requests from the same customer may be flagged for review
Order Cancelled by TheKids Wear
In rare circumstances, Vastrangi may need to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other operational reasons. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and:
- You will be informed via Email or SMS as soon as possible
- Prepaid orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method if Applicable
- Refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours of the cancellation
