Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy


This policy outlines the cancellation, return, and refund process for orders placed on Vastrangi. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation for your order provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it will be delivered as placed and cannot be recalled.

Prepaid Orders

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method upon successful cancellation before dispatch.

COD Orders

No refund applicable as no payment was collected at the time of ordering.

To cancel your order before dispatch, visit our Contact Us page and provide your Order ID. Our team will process it promptly.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

Occasionally, orders may be returned to our warehouse by the courier due to an incorrect delivery address, customer unavailability, or refusal at the door.

Prepaid Orders

Refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours of the package being received back at our warehouse.

COD Orders

No refund applicable as no payment was made by the customer.

To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of checkout.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under specific circumstances. Please review the eligible conditions and requirements below before raising a request.

Original tags must be intact

 Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Cases

We are unable to accept returns for the following reasons. Please review these carefully before placing your order.

Size Issues or Fitting Problems Change of Mind Minor Color Variation Quality is Not Good
Please note: Minor color variations may occur due to differences in screen display settings and lighting conditions. This is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for return.

Replacement Policy

We strive to make every return experience as smooth as possible. For all eligible returns, we offer the following resolution options.

  • We offer free replacement for all eligible return cases
  • Replacement will be of the same product in the same size and color where available
  • If the same product is not available, you may choose an alternative product of equal value
  • If no suitable replacement is available, a full refund will be processed instead
Replacement dispatch typically takes 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and passes our quality check.

Refund Process & Timeline

If your return request is approved and falls within our eligibility criteria, we will accept the return and initiate the refund process as outlined below.

Prepaid Orders

Refund credited directly to the original payment method used at checkout, after deductions.

COD Orders

Refunds processed via UPI or Bank Transfer only. A secure payout link will be shared via SMS or Email.

Delivery Charge Deduction: A non-refundable amount of ₹240 will be deducted from the total refund value to cover the original delivery charges. The remaining balance will be refunded to you once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.

Refund Timeline:


  • Product Pickup Our courier partner will collect the item from your address after the return is approved

  • Quality Check & Verification Returned item is inspected at our warehouse to confirm it is the same product originally dispatched and matches the supporting video/proof provided

  • Refund Calculation ₹240 delivery charge is deducted from the order value; the remaining balance is approved for refund

  • Refund Initiation Initiated within 24–48 hours after the item passes quality check and verification

  • Refund Completion Credited within 5–7 working days depending on your bank or payment provider

Return Process — Step by Step

Follow these simple steps to raise a return request. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange pickup if your return is eligible.

Contact Us Reach out to us via support@team.vastrangi.in  within 7 days of delivery.

Share Order Details & Photos Provide your Order ID, describe the issue clearly, and attach clear photos of the product showing the damage, defect, or wrong item received.

Return Approval Our team will review your request and notify you of approval within 24–48 hours. Returns that do not meet eligibility criteria will not be approved.

Pickup Arranged Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a free pickup from your registered delivery address. Please keep the item packed and ready.

Replacement or Refund Processed After the item passes our quality check, your replacement will be dispatched or refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours.

Unboxing & Return Verification Video

We strongly recommend that all customers record an unboxing video while opening their parcel. This helps us process any return or refund request significantly faster.

An unboxing video is especially important in cases involving damaged, defective, or missing items. It serves as verified proof and speeds up the resolution process.

Your unboxing video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before it is opened
  • The product condition at the time of unboxing
  • The order label or packaging details if visible
Mandatory Return Verification: Before sending the product back, you must record a short video or take clear photos showing the exact product being returned. This confirms that the item being shipped back is the same correct product that was originally delivered to you.

Your return verification video / photos should clearly show:

  • The complete product with all its tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • A clear view confirming it is the same item dispatched by Vastrangi.
  • The packaging being sealed for return shipment
  • The courier label / AWB number attached to the return parcel

  • With Video / Photos Return and refund requests are processed quickly with clear supporting evidence

  • Without Video / Photos Claims for damaged, missing, or mismatched items may be rejected or significantly delayed
If the returned product does not match the original item dispatched (verified through our records and your video proof), the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued. The product will be sent back to you at your cost.

Important Notes

Please read the following important points carefully before raising a return or refund request.

  • Return requests without proper reason or supporting photos may not be accepted
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions stated in this policy
  • Items that appear used, washed, or with tags removed will not qualify for return or replacement
  • Repeated return requests from the same customer may be flagged for review
Vastrangi reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, replacement, and refund requests based on the conditions outlined in this policy.

Order Cancelled by TheKids Wear

In rare circumstances, Vastrangi may need to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other operational reasons. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and:

  • You will be informed via Email or SMS as soon as possible 
  • Prepaid orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method if Applicable
  • Refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours of the cancellation
